Wrongful is a podcast created by a group of independent trial-watchers. Each was drawn in for their own reasons: one by the headline "Obsessed Ex-boyfriend Murder trial;" one by the dramatic testimony of Zach's daughter; one because it was being presided over by Kyle Rittenhouse's judge; and one because of TikToks accusing  Zach and his attorney, Nicole, of flirting. Each left horrified with the outcome because, after watching gavel to gavel, they were all convinced he was not guilty. Shortly thereafter, they began to do their own independent research into the facts of the case.
