My brother visited me in person. It forced me to miss recreation. With yesterday being a holiday where we are left in our cells, I won't be able to make a call from Wednesday this week until Monday next week. I do get video visits and at 8:00pm I hit the intercom button expecting I had a visit and the sergeant saids he had a note from first shift saying I was notified of a visit at 7:30pm and that she thought I just didn't want to attend. I told her I was not notified but it was too late now anyway. It is that type of thing that clearly demonstrates how absolutely little they are willing to lie to avoid doing. Whether it was the mistake of the first shift or the excuse of the second shift sergeant, it is bad either way. Plus, I was at an in-person visit with my brother so they probably "notified" an empty cell.
