About 1:00pm I go see the nurse in the HSU about my heel. Before I explain what is going on, she stops me to say that she cannot override security policy. I tell her that I am not asking her to. I just ask she takes accurate notes about what caused the issue. I tell her that if it would be about the security policy then I would just welcome the disciplinary tickets, but that since my heel has been bothering me since I arrived, that I now believe the issue originated while I was forced to sleep the "wrong way around" in jail. To that she allows me to finish my explanation.
