As the Supreme Court has famously written, the government’s interest in a criminal prosecution “is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done.” The miscarriage of justice in Zach's case is monumental. Despite the difficulties in holding prosecutors accountable for misconduct, we mustn't give up, we must demand change.
We must ensure the appropriate officials are apprised to the unprofessional conduct used by the prosecution to convict Zach. We need them to intervene. How can you help? By writing letters and using our voice. |
