Thirty minutes on the exercise bike during rec today.
About 9:50am, I am called to HSU to have my teeth cleaned. The woman I presume to be the orthodontist, Morgan, says she scheduled extra time because the notes from my intake processing at Dodge a year ago indicated "heavy calcification" (I think that means plaque). So, not only did the jail dentist pretend to, but didn't, clean my teeth, but the prison also says that a lot of gum infections are caused by needing to have teeth cleaned. Infections have been steadily an issue, for years already. Morgan also says it is evident I clench or grind my teeth and should consider a bite guard while I sleep. I never had that issue before being arrested either.
