I wrote my appeal to Madison about the librarian and resulting issues from Dodge. The letter included my previous complaint which seemed to exceed standard postage. I don't know for sure because I cannot weight it but I fill out a disbursement just in case. My back hates me. My kids will grow up without knowing me. I will suffer this for years while "justice" ensures every possible misery is imposed by delay when the right, good and honest thing would be to provide proper medical care, re-unite me with my kids, and immediately vacate the bogus conviction.
Someone told me Michael Graveley intends to retire. The judge was no longer handling criminal cases. The last hurrah for both of them was to do all that underhanded and dishonest stuff just to bury me under the system. Appellate proceedings are required to "construe the facts strictly in favor of the party that prevailed at trial, including drawing all reasonable inferences in the party's favor and disregarding all evidence favorable to the moving party that the jury is not required to believe." So, if you were wondering why Judge Schroeder was mocking anything that goes to the Wisconsin Appellate Court, its because as long as he is in conspiratorial agreement with the district attorney presenting false testimony via however many witnesses, the record gets built to both wrongfully convict me and prevent me from accessing relief from the next court. The judge should not be allowed to fraud the court. The attorneys aren't supposed to but we can see the moral alignment that caused the first trial to mistrial. Every letter I get really helps hold back that overwhelming pressure; the feeling that its just me against the world. How important it is to answer the phone. Some people used to bury the dead with access to a bell just in case they were buried alive. Just because someone uses the authority of their position to remove the part from inside the bell doesn't make it right. What is that thing called? I know there is a proper name for it. The little dangly bit? Clacker-thingy. My grandmother would probably just go with "thingy." Judge probably has a list of his favorite bell thingys. Hammer Guess who doesn't have a dictionary.
